Sincerely Bancomer I love mobile banking but I hate your account opening staff, I understand that they have goals to meet but they violate the law flagrantly because when they arrive and request an account from those published on the page by the Bank they tell you that do not have or that requires a minimum amount that does not match what was published, in my case when opening my first account they conditioned me to a minimum deposit of 4 thousand pesos that at that time I did not have and needed a basic account to receive deposits , I had to call the Bancomer line to ask about the basic account that they no longer had, they informed me that obviously that account is always available and that they had to open it even without depositing a peso, they instructed me that if they did not agree I would go to the manager and that if the manager still did not want me to tell him to call the Bancomer line. After doing just that and demanding the account, they finally opened it to me, although reluctantly, then I took my wife to open an account and the same story. In Zacatecas, I took two friends to open an account and the same story. That speaks badly of its policies of attention, but once passing that enormous annoyance it is really facilitated a lot with the app and the ATMs for deposits
