They don't have executives; they make you wait in super long lines on the street, for a "token" to attend to you. The entrance staff is very rude.

Debe ser cansado responder la misma pregunta cada minuto de que fila es para que pero el chico nunca perdió la paciencia. The line for the cashier is sometimes very long but the treatment of the staff at the entrance was friendly. It must be tiring answering the same question every minute which row is for but the boy never lost his patience.

I lined up to exchange my TC and waited in the room, so you could tell me that they couldn't change it and if they changed it it would generate an additional cost because it hadn't expired yet, I think they could tell me from the entrance and avoid losing my time, which was also quite a lot.
m	megaaron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un verdadero caos está sucursal, no hay una gerencia competente, sin criterio y con mucho desconocimiento sobre temas legales y fiscales. Ojalá contraten a verdaderos profesionistas y no a personas, que todo el tiempo tienen que llamar a otras sucursales o áreas del banco para que les digan que hacer. A real chaos is the branch, there is no competent management, without criteria and with a lot of ignorance about legal and tax issues. Hopefully they hire real professionals and not people, who all the time have to call other branches or areas of the bank to be told what to do.
J	Jose Daniel Nunez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal estaba muy concurrida, la mayoría del tiempo está muy concurrida hay una empleada en la puerta que te informa según el pago o la transacción, el servicio es bueno pero lo negativo es lo concurrida q está q a veces es un caos pero una vez dentro de la sucursal todo bien es solo esperar el turno en la pantalla The branch was very busy, most of the time it is very busy there is an employee at the door who informs you according to the payment or the transaction, the service is good but the negative is how busy it is that sometimes it is chaos but once inside from the branch, everything is fine, just wait for your turn on the screen
