★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cajera alegandra muy muy ineficiente me contó mal el dinero y me hizo el deposito de menos cantidad. Y su gerente o superior Jonathan Rivera no ayudo para nada en esclarecer el asunto asta la fecha me dio un teléfono que jamas responden desde mi experiencia me robaron.
Solo me dicen que mandé mensaje en al Twitter.... Y eso q asi no voy a recuperar mi dinero. Mejor cuando valla en persona atiendan bien investiguen o almenos de razón de donde quedo el dinero,

Tuve la infortuna de que me atendiera un cajero muy déspota, burlón y arrogante con cero conocimiento hacia como atender a la gente. llame al centro de atención y me dijeron que el cajero pudo haber resuelto mi problema (pero el no quiso) y en ningún momento lo intentó. Lastima que tengo que volver a su sucursal a que me devuelvan mi dinero. Por que si no fuera por un problema de sus cajeros no tendría la necesidad de volver a esa sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todo a unos les va mal con la atención de los del banco pero yo e tenido buena experiencia en esa sucursal y si tienes alguna duda siempre hay alguien que te asesore recomiendo si depositas dinero en las prácti cajas que sea cuando esté a abierto el banco porque si se trata un billete tienes que hablar a la línea BBVA y meter una aclaración que puede tardar una semana para que te depositen el dinero
