Como cualquier banco Buenos cajeros automáticos no tardas mucho Si vas a realizar depósitos o pagos dependiendo la gente que haya tardas mas Si vas con un ejecutivo es mas tardado porque con cada cliente se toman su tiempo

Mal servicio,nos tratan como ignorantes tenemos que suplicar por ayuda y las señoritas que se supone que están para ayudar a realizar o agilizar el uso de los cajeros solo están en la entrada (en mi caso vi que eran 3 y de esas 3 ni una quería ayudar a nadie cuando es su trabajo)pero eso si no se despegaban de la entrada de la sala de espera y estaban muy agusto echando el chisme , y si les pides de su valiosísima ayuda solo te miran de arriba a abajo, y no te ayudan,. Ahora entendí eso como te ven te tratan, pero que mal por el personal Capaciten mejor a su personal, ya que estas actitudes dejan mucho que desear, Me gustaría que me dijeran dónde puedo interponer una queja de su personal y que realmente le den seguimento, ya que este tipo de actitudes no van con brindar un bueno servicio al cliente.
