★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la sucursal más grande que he visto. Tiene varios cajeros automáticos y también practicajas. En el interior la zona de espera es muy amplia y agradable. Cada vez que he ido me han atendido muy rápido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bancomer es un buen banco, pero no vale si tienen personal poco capacitado, cada vez que voy a la sucursal tardan años en atender y eso es algo que Bancomer no se puede permitir. Hoy es martes 5 de mayo, México y el mundo están en una lucha contra el COVID-19 y está sucursal de Bancomer no está capacitada para atender a todos. Las filas son enormes y para atender a todos hay poco personal, por si fuera poco tardas mucho en resolver tus pendientes. Lo vuelvo a repetir, un banco como BBVA que se está renovando y que a hecho grandes cambios, no puede permitir que lo más importante ( la atención a sus clientes) fallé.
Bancomer is a good bank, but it is not worth it if they have poorly trained staff, every time I go to the branch they take years to attend and that is something that Bancomer cannot afford. Today is Tuesday, May 5, Mexico and the world are in a fight against COVID-19 and this branch of Bancomer is not trained to serve everyone. The lines are huge and there are few staff to serve everyone, as if that were not enough, it takes a long time to solve your slopes. I repeat it again, a bank like BBVA that is being renewed and that has made big changes, cannot allow the most important thing (customer service) to fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, filas de 1 hora para pasar con un ejecutivo, pasan gente sin esperar turno y la Lic. Nancy con muy poca atención personal. No vuelvo a ir a esta sucursal.
Terrible customer service, 1 hour lines to spend with an executive, people pass by without waiting for a turn and Ms. Nancy with very little personal attention. I will not go to this branch again.

De muy mal gustó ese tipo de acciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ventaja más grande y práctica de BBVA además de su aplicación móvil es que tienen más de 1 solo cajero automático disponible, en el resto de los bancos a lo mucho son dos cajeros automáticos y una caja de depósito, aquí se incorporan más y eso es provechoso para los clientes.
Buena atención, excelente ubicación y es un buen banco en general.
The biggest and most practical advantage of BBVA in addition to its mobile application is that they have more than 1 single ATM available, in the rest of the banks there are at most two ATMs and a deposit box, here more are incorporated and that is helpful for customers.
Good service, excellent location and it is a good bank in general.
