★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intenté reactivar una cuenta de banco y pregunté los requisitos. Reuní los requisitos, hice una largísima espera de 3 horas, para que al final me dijeran que faltaba una segunda identificación oficial. Es increíble la falta de entrenamiento de su personal, la tremenda ineficiencia en la atención y la falta de delicadeza de ni siquiera pedir disculpas por su pésimo servicio. Si puedes evitarlo, no vayas a esta sucursal de BBVA.
