Intenté reactivar una cuenta de banco y pregunté los requisitos. Reuní los requisitos, hice una largísima espera de 3 horas, para que al final me dijeran que faltaba una segunda identificación oficial. Es increíble la falta de entrenamiento de su personal, la tremenda ineficiencia en la atención y la falta de delicadeza de ni siquiera pedir disculpas por su pésimo servicio. Si puedes evitarlo, no vayas a esta sucursal de BBVA. Terrible service! Do not go to this branch!

Pésimo servicio me metieron una targeta a la fuerza la quería dar de baja porque me quitaban dinero sin activarla y fui al banco y solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo para que no me resolvieran nada hable con un ejecutivo y solo me dijeron que hay personas que les quitan de la tarjeta sin que las activen y no reprochan llame a México no me resuelven nada y me siguen descontando y es de nomina me depositan mi quincena y en automático me descuentan lo que quieren
