El ejecutivo Jesús Viena y la gerente en turno son unos pedantes y prepotentes me trataron de una forma nunca vista en ningún banco . Fui a solicitar que me liberaran un dinero retenido de una transferencia y pareciera que iban a pagar de su dinero . El dinero ahí estaba ya solo se ocupaba mi credencial y el ejecutivo Jesús Viena con una actitud extraña y grosera ignorandome como si me fuera hacer un favor personal . Después acudí a gerencia para exponer lo sucedió pero la mujer que estaba ahí se pudo del lado del ejecutivo de tal forma que pareciera que hasta son pareja y también en una actitud pedante. No se cual fue el problema con este ejecutivo, yo no lo conozco en la vida lo había visto pero pareciera que le hubiera hecho algo en el pasado . HAGO UN LLAMADO A LAS AUTORIDADES DE BANCOMER A QUE PONGAN ORDEN CON ESTE EJECUTIVO Y LA GERENTITA QUE EN VEZ DE ESCUCHAR AL CLIENTE SE HACE ELLA LA OFENDIDA Y LA AGREDIDA . AHI ESTÁN LAS CAMARAS Y COMO LE DIJE A ELLA , LLEGARE HASTA LAS ÚLTIMAS CONSECUENCIAS LEGALES CON SU BANCO. ESTO APENAS EMPIEZA
The executive Jesús Viena and the manager on duty are pedantic and arrogant, they treated me in a way never seen before in any bank. I went to request that they release a money withheld from a transfer and it seemed that they were going to pay from their money. The money was there and only my credential was taken care of and the executive Jesús Viena with a strange and rude attitude ignoring me as if he were doing me a personal favor. Later I went to management to expose what happened but the woman who was there was able to side with the executive in such a way that it seemed that they were even a couple and also in a pedantic attitude. I don't know what was the problem with this executive, I don't know him in my life, I had seen him but it seems that he had done something to him in the past. I CALL ON THE BANCOMER AUTHORITIES TO PUT ORDER WITH THIS EXECUTIVE AND THE MANAGER WHO, INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER, IS THE OFFENDED AND ASSAULTED ONE. THERE ARE THE CAMERAS AND AS I TOLD HER, I WILL REACH THE LAST LEGAL CONSEQUENCES WITH HER BANK. THIS IS JUST BEGINNING
