★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia la que tuve. Me forme para mi tarjeta, pedí informes sobre los documentos que necesitaba mientras estaba formado. La Chava me dice que todo bien. Después de casi una hora que ya es mi turno me dicen que no puedo hacer mi tramite porque me falta el curp. Ponganse de acuerdo o entrenen bien a su gente porfavor.
Bad experience I had. I trained for my card, asked for reports on the documents I needed while I was trained. La Chava tells me everything is fine. After almost an hour that it is my turn they tell me that I cannot do my paperwork because I am missing the curp. Agree or train your people well please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a esta sucursal, Pésimo servicio , me dieron un pase en caja para recibir un folio de reimpresión de nip y los ejecutivos me hicieron esperar 1:20 hrs para pasarme ,( con muy poca afluencia de gente) , y finalmente decirme que eso no lo pueden hacer el mismo día a la entrega de el plástico. No me ofrecieron disculpas y quien me atendió solo me dijo " no se porque en caja te mandaron" , todo esto sin mencionar un par de detalles más.
Today I went to this branch, Terrible service, they gave me a box pass to receive a reprint folio from nip and the executives made me wait 1:20 hrs to pass me, (with very little influx of people), and finally tell me that they cannot do it the same day upon delivery of the plastic. They did not apologize and the person who answered me only said "I don't know why they sent you in the box", all this without mentioning a couple of other details.
