Pésimo el servicio de ejecutivos y la gentente actual. Ella platicando como si nada con una "clienta" y las personas espednaod por más de dos horas en atender. Ticket dice 11 minutos de espero llevo hora y media y sigo esperando. Mala atención

Los cajeros automáticos se descomponen uno tras otro. Cuando fui a caja no me dejaron tomar mi boleto para turno, me preguntó si tenía cuenta y le dije que tenía la empresarial y cuando yo quise tomar mi boleto dijo que no servía ese botón y FINGIÓ darme uno empresarial. Minutos después cuando compraré mi turno con el de los demás me di cuenta que me dio uno como si no fuera cliente, de qué sirve tener una cuenta empresarial si te van a tratar como si fueras cualquiera distinto? Lo peor, cómo se atreven a engañarte! Además deberían capacitar mejor a su gente, pagué con 1800 pesos en efectivo y los pasó la empleada por la máquina contadora. En serio? Para evitar los billetes falsos?? Eso hace que pierda más tiempo!

Los chavos de la entrada muy bien pero el ejecutivo pésimo no quiso ayudarme con mi aplicación y puso un montón de pretextos y tuve que ir a otra sucursal en plaza del sol y ahí me ayudaron sin problemas y me di cuenta que en tepeyac definitivamente no me quisieron atender yo creo le dio flojera hacer su trabajo

Pésima sucursal. Me ha tocado ir y esperar 30 minutos en fila. Aquella vez, solo había dos personas atendiendo en cajas y eso que era quincena. Ojo ahí. El lugar es pequeño y con poco estacionamiento. En mi opinión, estaban mejor ubicados cuando se encontraban en plaza Tepeyac.

Exelente servicio! Hoy por la mañana ingresé dinero en la practicaba $10,000 y la practicaja retuvo el dinero y me dió un comprobante y me indicaba que pasará con el gerente de la sucursal. Fui con el gerente le mostré el comprobante y le comenté el problema que tuve y rápido me depositaron el dinero a mi cuenta, me resolvieron en menos de 10 minutos el problema

Pesimo servicio de ejecutivo en sábado en la mañana, te hacen un favor al atenderte, iba a recoger mi tarjeta de crédito aprobada y me bajo la línea a 5mil cuando era 10 veces lo que se me había otorgado vía app, no sé que actualizo.
