★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están abiertos los cajeros para retirar dinero? Hace 2 semanas fui y estaban cerrados, de por sí casi no hay sucursales y ni cajeros de BBVA tienen en las tiendas y en los supermercados no te quieres que retires o les fallan el sistema y te quieren transear y echarle la pelota al banco para que tengan cuidado en HEB

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca te resuelven nada, tienen una mala actitud, insencibles y déspotas. Cada que voy es lo mismo, esta última ocasión fuí y me trataron muy mal que no podía hacer un trámite, de ahí me fuí a la sucursal de Nuevo Sur y ahí super amables me ayudar a realizar el trámite, muy rápido y sobre todo muy atentos.
Terrible service, they never solve anything for you, they have a bad attitude, unspeakable and despotic. Every time I go it is the same, this last time I went and they treated me very badly that I could not do a procedure, from there I went to the Nuevo Sur branch and there they super kind help me to carry out the procedure, very quickly and above all very attentive.

Solo dejan pasar de 5 personas para cajas cuando adentro hay lugar para que estén sentadas 9. La espera en la fila afuera se hace muy lenta.
Además las personas que vana escritorio es más eternidad para poder pasar.
Por la ubicación del banco todo el día le da el sol de frente, hoy había una sra de la tercera edad haciendo fila les comentamos a los que estaban encargados de "organizar" y nada..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo, me formé, y a querer cambiar dólares a pesos me dijeron que no, que a lo mejor me los había robado y no se querían meter en problemas y que me fuera de ahí o llamarían a una patrulla, fuí al banco azteca mejor y sin problemas
Y ni les digo que para abrir una cuenta hasta me pidieron pasaporte
Les daría 0 estrellas pero no se puede

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia hice cita desde la aplicación y aun así me pone espera de 42 minutos. Aparte de la caída que tuvieron ayer 31 de octubre de 2021,ya van 2 y en las que no se hacen responsables por nada. Son un banco malisimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cierran a las 4, no a las 5 como se indica aquí en Maps no en la app y nadie se hace responsable por actualizar el horario, el personal es sumamente incompetente, mejor vayan al de Revolución o Garza Sada.
They close at 4, not at 5 as indicated here in Maps not in the app and nobody is responsible for updating the schedule, the staff is extremely incompetent, better go to Revolución or Garza Sada.
