It leaves much to be desired the customer service and the ability to solve problems of the staff. They have no sense of urgency and do not follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia, la directora come chicle y ve la pantalla mientras le haces una pregunta acerca de un problema con el banco. Los empleados son bastante ignorantes acerca de los procedimientos del banco, no quiero regresar nunca ahi!
The worst experience, the director eats gum and sees the screen while you ask her a question about a problem with the bank. The employees are quite ignorant about the bank's procedures, I never want to return there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Según hay guardia y hay 2 ejecutivos trabajando. Pero cuando te asomas en realidad sólo hay 1. Encubriendo a su compañero... Obviamente eso causa esperas larguísimas
Terrible service. According to there is a guard and there are 2 executives working. But when you look out there is really only 1. Covering up your partner ... Obviously that causes extremely long waits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, a mi en lo personal no me dejaron hacer un depósito porque según no podían, mas bien les daba flojera o no se. A mi mamá la trataron horrible, como si fuera una ratera y la neta no se vale. Ojalá tuvieran más cuidado con el trato de los clientes, no nos hacen un favor, es un banco que brinda un servicio y que de igual manera debería de tener un trato respetuoso en todas sus sucursales. Pésimo BBVA.
Terrible service, personally they didn't let me make a deposit because according to what they couldn't, they were rather lazy or I don't know. They treated my mother horrible, as if she were a shoplifter and the net is not worth it. I wish they were more careful with the treatment of customers, they are not doing us a favor, it is a bank that provides a service and that in the same way should have a respectful treatment in all its branches. Terrible BBVA.
