★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la gente lleva 30 minutos formados afuera de la sucursal para pasar a ventanillas y a las 4 en punto te cierran las puertas en la cara sin importar si llegaste con tiempo a la sucursal y los incompetentes de ventanillas no se apuran...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal que me ha tocado, tienen mis datos, mi huella & sólo porque no tenía copia del INE me negaron el cobro de mi quincena, en ninguna sucursal me habían hecho eso.
The worst branch that I have ever had, they have my data, my fingerprint & just because I didn't have a copy of the INE they denied me the collection of my fortnight, in no branch they had done that to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el ejecutivo Eduardo Durant es un ratero, hace tiempo fui a tramitar mi tarjeta de nómina y realizó retiros. No es posible que siga trabajando en esta sucursal. Si acuden a la sucursal tengan cuidado con ese tipo. Es un ratero!!! De nada sirvió la queja que deje por escrito, es una pena que siga ese tipo ahí. Mucho cuidado por favor.

Y su sucursal está cerrada
Y no tiene ni la cortesía de avisar en app o maps que está cerrada
Perdí más de 2 horas por eso
En cuanto pueda cambiare mi nómina a otro banco
Una decepción y no ofrecen más que la solución
Pase a otra sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente dan un pésimo servicio. Los ejecutivos, no tienen ni idea de lo que hacen y le echan la bolita a sus demás compañeros. Deberían darles capacitación. Y algo de atención al cliente. Es un excelente banco, para que tengan personas tan desinteresadas en su trabajo.
Unfortunately they give a lousy service. The executives have no idea what they are doing and they throw the ball at their other colleagues. They should give them training. And some customer service. It is an excellent bank, to have people so disinterested in their work.
