Con esto se me quitan las ganas de manejar mi dinero en Bancomer. 1 hora esperando cambiar mis cheques con el turno H004 y nunca apareció la H en la pantalla. El personal es prepotente y solo te mantienen "esperando". Al final me retire sin cambiar los cheques y sacando a Bancomer de mis opciones bancarias. The worst bank I've attended in my entire life. Lousy, rude and poor service. With this I want to manage my money in Bancomer. 1 hour waiting to change my checks with the H004 shift and the H never appeared on the screen. The staff is arrogant and just keep you "waiting." In the end I withdraw without changing the checks and removing Bancomer from my banking options.

Y asta la fecha ya no e vuelto. Mi mama le deje la targeta para que sacara dinero. Pero como ya se dejo de usar y de tener actividad se bloqueo. Y pues asi sigue bloqueado ya por 12 años o mas ya perdi la cuenta. Que increíble verdad. Como me pueden alludar yo desde los estados unidos y mi mama en mexico .
