★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he recomendado BBVA por su atención y servicio, pero en esta sucursal ya van dos veces que paso con la misma persona en la caja 1 y es grosera cuando se le pide algo, pésimo que por una persona me quede con una mala impresión de la sucursal.
I have always recommended BBVA for its attention and service, but in this branch they have been there twice since I passed the same person in box 1 and it is rude when asked for something, lousy that one person left me with a bad impression of the branch office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes era una buena sucursal de este banco, aunque pequeño para la zona centro en días festivos, fines de semana y periodos de pago. Sin embargo, ha interrumpido el servicio de los cajeros durante dos fines de semana en diciembre de 2021, por remodelación, volviéndose un servicio intermitente y poco confiable.
El área de estacionamiento es reducida pero cuenta con rampas en el acceso para discapacitados.
Los cajeros son sanitizados constantemente, conforme cada cliente los desocupa.
En su interior tiene pocas ventanillas en el área de cajas, por lo que se hace fila al exterior del banco normalmente.
Recomiendo usar los cajeros de ésta sucursal solo de lunes a viernes.
Before it was a good branch of this bank, although small for the downtown area on holidays, weekends and payment periods. However, it has interrupted the ATM service for two weekends in December 2021, due to remodeling, becoming an intermittent and unreliable service.
The parking area is small but has ramps for disabled access.
The ATMs are constantly sanitized, as each client vacates them.
Inside, it has few windows in the cashier area, so people line up outside the bank normally.
I recommend using the ATMs at this branch only from Monday to Friday.
