★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tardaron demasiado en atender en el área de ejecutivos y cuando era mi turno,(después de que varios clientes se desesperaron y se retiraron por que la ejecutiva se entretuvo platicando una hora, con un cliente sobre unas vacaciones que éste acababa de disfrutar) pasaron a otra persona que iba llegando y sin haber tomado turno, al reclamarle que para que daban turnos si no los respetan me respondió que no sabia que estaba yo esperando turno, le aclare que su obligación era avanzar un turno en el display y si nadie acudía, podía pasar a otra persona.
They took me too long to attend to the executive area and when it was my turn, (after several clients despaired and left because the executive spent an hour talking with a client about a vacation that he had just enjoyed) they spent to another person who was arriving and without having taken a turn, when he claimed that they were taking turns if they did not respect them, he replied that he did not know that I was waiting for his turn, I clarified that his obligation was to advance a turn on the display and if no one came , it could happen to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gran detalle de este Bancomer es que no tiene estacionamiento, lo que produce tráfico afuera del banco sobre avenida cuitlahuac ya que las personas se bajan de sus autos exactamente en la entrada que además es paso peatonal por lo que estorban el paso de los transeúntes. Fuera de eso tienen un servicio eficiente y rápido, al estar en la intersección de Calzada Vallejo y Avenida Cuitlahuac es un banco con mucha gente.
The great detail of this Bancomer is that it has no parking, which produces traffic outside the bank on Cuitlahuac Avenue since people get out of their cars at the entrance which is also a pedestrian crossing, which hinders the passage of passers-by. Outside of that they have an efficient and fast service, being in the intersection of Calzada Vallejo and Cuitlahuac Avenue is a bank with many people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo sistema para los usuarios de este banco, día sábado después de un día de quincena tienen abultado tres cajero de 7 que tiene. Aparte de la gente que cree que es un vídeo juego que se tardan mucho para un mendigo ticket no no toman conciencia en que hay personas esperando para usar el nefasto sistema de cajeros.
Bad system for users of this bank, Saturday after a day of fortnight they have three cashier of 7 that has. Apart from the people who believe that it is a video game that takes a lot for a beggar ticket they do not realize that there are people waiting to use the nefarious ATM system.
