★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más de una hora por persona para poder pasar con un ejecutivo a arreglar algo que ellos mismo dejaron mal una visita anterior. Pésimos!! Sin mencionar me han hecho regresar y espera más tiempo... Y son información clara de mi problema que ellos generaron. Si eso pasa con sus clientes, cómo les va a los que no son clientes... Pésimo servicio.
More than an hour per person to be able to spend with an executive to fix something that they themselves left bad a previous visit. Terrible !! Not to mention they have made me come back and wait longer ... And they are clear information of my problem that they generated. If that happens with your customers, how are non-customers doing ... Terrible service.
