★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El multicajero no tomó el depósito y al regresar el efectivo me quitó un billete...tuve que regresar para hacer aclaración en banco, como si no hubiera suficientes personas y covid!!
 The ATM did not take the deposit and when I returned the cash he took a ticket from me... I had to go back to make a clarification at the bank, as if there were not enough people and covid !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente deberían ponerse de acuerdo en lo que te van a decir, si uno pregunta es por qué no sabe y no parece justo ya preguntaste, te dijeron que hagas fila para que te atiendan, luego sale otra de las personas que ayudan y te dicen que no te van a atender por que lo que estas solicitando tiene un horario y luego hasta te ignoran
They should really agree on what they are going to tell you, if one asks why they don't know and it doesn't seem fair you already asked, they told you to stand in line to be served, then another of the people who help comes out and tells you that they will not attend to you because what you are requesting has a schedule and then they even ignore you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te asen esperar horas afuera en el sol no lo recomiendo tremendo sol que ase y tiene que Aser largas filas para que te atiendan dentro de 3 a 4 horas agan algo no es justo venir y Aser filas en el sol por horas mientras los ejecutivos están sentados con clima aya adentro
They make you wait hours outside in the sun I do not recommend it tremendous sun that seizes and has to Aser long lines to be served within 3 to 4 hours Something is not fair to come and Aser lines in the sun for hours while the executives are seated with weather inside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco más lento del mundo, tengo más de 2 horas haciendo fila afuera del banco para pasar a ventanilla y en promedio esta pasando 1 persona cada 38 min. Vengo a pagar un prestamo ya que en la bendita app de bancomer no me deja.
The slowest bank in the world, I have spent more than 2 hours queuing outside the bank to go to the window and on average 1 person is passing by every 38 minutes. I'm here to pay a loan because the blessed Bancomer app won't let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi tarjeta está restringida, pk según ellos se me ha depositado una cantidad alta (falso) que rebasa el nivel máximo del límite de la cuenta.
Y no puedo disponer de mi propio dinero porque afuerza quieren que pague una tarjeta premium . La quincena pasada me la querían vender a $350.00 y ahora a $700.00 , y si no pago , no puedo disponer de mi dinero , según la gerente. Aparte de que se hace más de 2 horas para que te atiendan. No son muy empáticos, solo quieren vender, y no les importan los clientes en absoluto.
Es el peor banco , el peor trato.
My card is restricted, pk according to them I have been deposited a high amount (false) that exceeds the maximum level of the account limit.
And I can't have my own money because they want me to pay for a premium card. Last fortnight they wanted to sell it to me for $350.00 and now for $700.00, and if I don't pay, I can't have my money, according to the manager. Apart from the fact that it takes more than 2 hours for them to attend to you. They are not very empathetic, they just want to sell, and they don't care about customers at all.
It is the worst bank, the worst deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, horas de espera para ejecutivos que están en sus puestos sin atender a nadie, pasan personas que llegan de último por delante de ti. Mi última experiencia fue de 2 horas, 5 personas delante y cuando me tocaba pasar habían otras 5 personas diferentes a las que estaban delante de mí y que habían llegado después de mi. Una vergüenza, azco de lugar.
Terrible attention, hours of waiting for executives who are at their posts without attending to anyone, people who arrive last ahead of you pass by. My last experience was 2 hours, 5 people in front and when it was my turn to pass there were 5 other people different from those who were in front of me and who had arrived after me. A shame, I know of place.
