They are INEFFICIENT, USELESS. trying to "update" my data blocked my accounts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that his "branch manager" attended me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they had me waiting for an hour !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they still blocked my accounts !!!!!!

Poor .... terrible service ... foviritistas ... 1:30 minutes waiting and when it was my turn, I sat down and they were going to attend me and a lady arrives and they tell me we will attend the lady first and they sent me back to sit down and wait again ... and I just needed to change my number ... terrible service inefficient people ...

M	Michelle Negrete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a scam. Do not change your pesos here!! They charge you $174 pesos (8 US dollars) to get your money out. Then the actual exchange itself is only 15 pesos for $1. That is very low, even hotels give more than 15 pesos. Currently the exchange is 20 pesos for your $1. So if you change $100 dollars into pesos here at BBVA instead of giving you 2,000 pesos they’re only giving you 1,500 so they’re keeping around $30 US Dollars. So in total they are robbing you $38, the charge to take out money & the money you missed out on because of the bad exchange. Please change your money at Banco Azteca. We changed out money at their atm & got all our money & they only charge $1 US dollar to withdraw the money.
C	Cullen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Americans and tourists. Do not use this ATM. They charge 174 pesos to withdraw money! Which is almost 9 dollars. Go to banco azteca or Santander they only charge 30 pesos. Also, the atms do not allow credit cards to withdraw cash only debit cards. Stay away from this place.
