Ah, pero eso sí, agradezco no padecer de epilepsia, porque ya me habría dado un ataque de buenas proporciones, el que lo diseñó nos confundió con mosquitos o palomillas. Puede parecer exagerado, pero sí podría molestarte tanta luz, especialmente por la noche. D	Daniela Sequera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en sucursal Antea fui el sabado y no tenian sistema, la ejecutivo de cuenta de ahi hacia preguntas para no dejarte pasar cuando ni te escuchan y mi tema no era del sistema, entre porque asi se lo hice saber, les pides cooperación para tu caso y solo buscan sus metas que son los puntos que les dan por cada "venta" hipotecario, TDC etc la atención pésima al cliente que tienen no les interesa. Llamas y jamas contestan el tel por segun atender gente. Total contradicción. Y estando ahi te quieren sacar. Ahi cuento con tdc e hipotecario pero el sig credito no tomare en cuenta a bancomer. Tardan demasiado en pasarte con el ejecutivo (a). Mismos que a veces ni siquiera están atendiendo a nadie. Cuando por fin después de más de 45 minutos logras pasar te atienden muy mal. Enojados. Me llamaron un día para contratar una tarjeta de crédito sin anualidad pero al final me hicieron dar mil vueltas y ya no me quieren hacer valida la promoción diciendo que me pase de la fecha límite (a pesar de que fui al día siguiente cuando me llamaron). Solo dan puras mentiras a sus clientes y dicen que ahora debo pagar algo que no debía pagar. La ejecutiva Brenda Beltrán fue la que me atendió y no me dio una solución o alternativa más que pagar algo que no debía pagará. Si se las llegan a ofrecer ¡¡¡NO LES CREAN SON MENTIRAS Y NO TE DAN NINGUNA TARJETA SIN ANUALIDAD!!! THEY DON'T TRUST YOUR CREDIT CARDS !!! En el segundo intento el cajero no me regresó el dinero que había depositado y me tuvieron que hacer una devolución pero ya dentro de la sucursal, fue una perdida de tiempo y todo pasó porque la señorita en ventanilla no me quiso hacer los depósitos y al final los terminé haciendo ahí porque sus cajeros no sirven para nada!!
