★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abstente de utilizar sus pésimos servicios. En otros bancos hay opciones de tarjeta de crédito sin pago anual. Cuando tienes un problema te remiten a su call center donde jamás te atenderá un ser humano. La gerente de esta sucursal es inmune a la desesperación de los clientes por la lentitud de sus ejecutivos.
Refrain from using their terrible services. In other banks there are credit card options without annual payment. When you have a problem, they send you to your call center where a human being will never attend you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienen lista de espera y cuando llegan otras personas a preguntar los pasan inmediatamente Un cuando los demás estemos en lista. La gerente hablando Por teléfono con la comadre de sus hijos. No es justo.
Por otro lado voy hacer otro trámite que solicite 3 meses atras y aún no lo tienen.
Cuando se trata de que nos den los beneficios de otra tarjetas, seguros, etc todo el día están marcando por teléfono.
Somos sus clientes no tienen porque hacernos esto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta este banco : saquen una de cuenta de ahorros, jamas de credito ya que como todos los bancos tienen comision e iva , eso no te lo dicen los bancos , este banco si protege tu dinero
