I	Iglesia ALIVE PV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularmente tengo muy buen servicio en esta sucursal todo es muy fluido pero el día de hoy Viernes Estan aplicando una política errónea con respecto al COVIT19 de no tener mas de 10 clientes en el interior de la sucursal, no dejan entrar a un cliente mas hasta que no salgan los 10 que esta adentro mientras que afuera en la zona de cajeros automáticos, se juntan hasta 30 personas, por lo que deberían dejar entrar conforme van saliendo, para lograr el objetivo que se busca. Los encargados argumentan que es política de BBVA y esa instrucción siguen, SUGIERO APLIQUEN EL SENTIDO COMUN y dejen entrar de uno en uno o 2 en 2 para lograr mayor fluidez y evitar la concentración de los clientes I regularly have very good service in this branch, everything is very fluid, but today Friday they are applying an erroneous policy regarding COVIT19 of not having more than 10 clients inside the branch, they do not let one more client enter until Do not leave the 10 that is inside while outside in the ATM area, up to 30 people gather, so they should let them in as they leave, to achieve the desired objective. e	esteban peña campa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a sucursal tome mi turno para hacer unos depósitos en efectivo y cheque, y resulta se que ahora los cajeros dicen que ellos no hacen esos movimientos que eso es en practicajas, esto según por órdenes del gerente de la sucursal. Entonces si ellos no pueden recibir efectivo no cheques para que están.?? No tenía acceso a mi banca en línea porque perdí toda mi información y solo contaba con mi pasaporte. Les pedí ayuda para imprimir una copia de mi INE y me dijeron que no podían hacer eso cuando en otras sucursales no te piden nunca nada impreso. Argumentan que ya todo es digital y no tiene sentido que te pidan una hoja de papel impresa. -_- I lost my cell phone and card on my trip, as well as my identification.
