R	Roberto Bautista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera dar menos de un estrella lo aria todas las mujeres que están ahí no te ayudan en nada , quería pagar un recibo de mi teléfono y lo quise hacer en ventanilla no me dejaban y al final aunque pase en la ventanilla no me dejó la chava de la ventanilla no 5 en pagarlo ahí mismo y ya estando ahí y el motivo por lo que lo hago en ventanilla es porque ya tuve una mala experiencia que la práctica no medio una vez mi recibo ni en su sistema se habia reflejado y tuve que meter una aclaración para que me reembolsaran mi dinero . La verdad e estado mucho tiempo con BBVA y en lo personal me gusta pero ese personal deja mucho que desear. If I could give less than one star I would all the women who are there do not help you at all, I wanted to pay a bill for my phone and I wanted to do it at the window they would not let me and in the end even if I went to the window the girl did not let me from the window number 5 to pay it right there and already being there and the reason why I do it at the window is because I already had a bad experience that the practice did not measure my receipt once nor had it been reflected in its system and I had to enter a clarification to get my money refunded. The truth is that I have been with BBVA for a long time and personally I like it but that staff leaves a lot to be desired.
