Llevo 40 minutos esperando y además me cobrarán estacionamiento... por que no tienen cajeros inteligentes funcionando. Y si llegan clientes Bancomer te siguen mandando a la fila... hasta q no haya clientes Bancomer ya te atienden. Bad service if you are not a Bancomer customer ... and you do not want to be. I've been waiting for 40 minutes and they'll charge me parking ... because they do not have smart ATMs running. And if Bancomer customers arrive, they keep sending you to the line ... until there are no Bancomer customers and they serve you.

Normalmente es horrible ir a los bancos, pero en esta ocasión, todo muy rápido y todos muy amables. Honor a quien honor merece, espero que así siga el trato. Los asesores se van del lugar y se ponen a platicar en lugar de dar atención al cliente. ¡De los peores bancos y peores servicios que hay! Terrible service! They have people waiting for more than 1 hour and they do not give clarifications. The advisors leave the place and start talking instead of giving customer service. One of the worst banks and worst services out there!
