No están dando turnos electrónicos. Atienden cómo va a llegando pero hacen citas personales desde un día antes. Yo vine ayer y no me dieron opción de cita. Solo me dijeron hay mucha gente mejor venga mañana. Vengo hoy y pues todo el sistema de filas que invento Bancomer se lo pasan por el arco del triunfo. Mejor acudan a otra sucursal.
Terrible service. Horrible and rude attention from the door staff to the executive.
They are not giving electronic appointments. They take care of how it is going to arrive but they make personal appointments from the day before. I came yesterday and they did not give me an appointment option. They just told me there are many better people come tomorrow. I come today and well, the entire queue system that Bancomer invented is passed through the triumphal arch. Better go to another branch.

me nego el cambio la chica de la caja 3 (22/02/20) le dije que si ninguno de sus compañeros tenia, no hizo ni el minimo esfuerzo en preguntar. fue un NO definitivo, tal vez ella sea vidente y por eso no tuvo la nesecidad de preguntar.
siempre me han dado una excelente atencion, espero que sea solo esta chica que anda de manzana podrida :(
ojala que pueda recibir capacitacion de servicio al cliente. o reciba unas vacaciones.

The girl at checkout 3 (02/22/20) refused me the change. I told her that if none of her colleagues had it, she did not make even the slightest effort to ask. It was a definite NO, maybe she is a clairvoyant and that's why she didn't have the need to ask.
They have always given me excellent attention, I hope it's just this girl who is a rotten apple :(
Hopefully I can get customer service training. or receive a vacation.
