Cancelé la operación y no me regresó mi dinero, como era un dia festivo, no habia atención en la sucursal, levanté el reporte correspondiente (para el que me pusieron mil trabas en la linea de servicio). Ya me llamaron para decirme que tienen mi dinero, me preguntaron si tengo cuenta con ellos, les dije que no, me dicen que entonces tengo llamar nuevamente a la linea para que me den tiempo de entrega, llamo a la linea y me dice mi tiempo de respuesta es de una semana. Si ya tienen el dinero y ya identificaron que es el mio, si no no me hubieran llamado pero como no soy cliente no me lo duvuelven hasta despues de una semana
