No responden al teléfono, ni de la sucursal, ni a los números personales que nos proporcionaron y solo nos tiene dando vueltas y arriesgádonos en esta pandemia. ????
Terrible service from executives, 5 months and they can't give me a solution.
They do not answer the phone, or the branch, or the personal numbers that they provided us and it only has us spinning around and taking risks in this pandemic. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy pude ver el mal trato que el ejecutivo que atiende en la puerta da. Un hombre joven alto de lentes. Había 3 personas esperando pero solo dejó pasar a 2 con la excusa de que ya iban a cerrar (pero cuando son sus conocidos si los deja pasar incluso a las 4:15 4:20 cuando según no hay servicio). Se refirió al chavo como "señorita", y aún cuando el cliente le dijo que era hombre y que por favor lo llamara como tal, el ejecutivo lo volvió a llamar "señorita" con voz despectiva y le negó el acceso solamente a él. Y todavía cuando el cliente le preguntó por los horarios y demás, el ejecutivo se metió, cerró la puerta y lo dejó hablando solo.
Los que nos quedamos mejor apoyandole dandole información fuimos el "viene viene" y yo que estabamos allí.
Y no es la primera vez que veo ése ejecutivo trata mal a la gente y discrimina a quien quiere y como quiere, la otra vez igual le nego ayuda a una chica transgenero. Igualmente trata horrible a los de la 3ra edad. Deberían despedirlo.
Por cosas como ésas me hace repensar si seguir con mi cuenta allí o cambiarme a otro banco.
Today I could see the bad treatment that the executive who attends the door gives. A tall young man in glasses. There were 3 people waiting but he only let 2 through with the excuse that they were already closing (but when they are his acquaintances if he lets them pass even at 4:15 4:20 when there is no service). He referred to the guy as "miss", and even when the client told him he was a man and to please call him as such, the executive called him "miss" again in a disparaging voice and denied access only to him. And still when the client asked him about the hours and others, the executive got in, closed the door and left him talking to himself.
Those of us who were better off supporting him by giving him information were the "coming comes" and I who were there.
And it is not the first time that I see that executive treats people badly and discriminates who he wants and how he wants, the other time he might deny help to a transgender girl. He also treats the elderly horrible. They should fire him.
For things like that it makes me rethink whether to continue with my account there or change to another bank.
