★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera es realmente largo además de no contar con suficientes empleados en 2 horas de espera, se pregunta por una hoja para buzón de quejas sugerencias y felicitaciones y dicen que no tienen por estar en reparación me intentan dar una hoja en blanco, al pedir una hoja con folio se niegan y me dicen que esa las da la directora la cual en este tiempo de espera no se encontró en su lugar de trabajo así que nadie me ofrece solución para mi queja/sugerencia... realmente una atención deficiente con respecto a tiempos y cantidad de empleados y resolución de problemas... No lo recomiendo para trámites con ejecutivos; ventajas estacionamiento adecuado.

Doce personas esperando turno con un ejecutivo y después de 40 minutos sólo había pasado una persona.
Los ejecutivos perdiendo el tiempo chacoteando.
O sobran cubículos o faltan ejecutivos.
Parece que va uno a que le hagan un favor no lo tratan a uno como cliente!!!
