A	Alejandro Puga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudí a la sucursal por un trámite tan sencillo como el cambio de teléfono de mi banca móvil, desde la entrada se tiene mala orientación en donde esperar, tengo banca personal y siempre el trato es muy diferente pareciera que es otro banco, después de la espera más de lo normal que en otras sucursales, recibo asesoría de EJECUTIVO KARLA HERNANDEZ la cual me pedía documentos que ni siquiera necesitaba un empleado totalmente incompetente no pudo solucionar mi problema por lo que acudí a otra sucursal cerca de hospital Ayala 45 en donde me resolvieron mi problema en 15 minutos. Me resulta un lugar seguro, en los cajeros nunca he tenido problemas ni mucho menos situación de inseguridad. Solo en fechas específicas del año el Banco tienen mucha demanda pero hasta el momento es de las mejores Sucursales que he acudido. Cuando me responden parece que me hacen un gran favor. El personal de la entrada en cambio sí es muy amable. El problema es gerencial. I have always received very bad attention.
