Pedí un cheque q caja y lo hicieron mal....
Para poder pagarme el cheque q hicieron mal, se estar tardando más de una hora......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésima atención, prepotencia como si te hicieran el favor de atenderte, si o pueden resolver el asuto te dicen que marques por teléfono , si estas yendo a perder tu tiempo con ellos es por que no te resuelven por teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya cambio mucho antes tenían muy mal esta sucursal ahora está muy limpio y sus ejecutivos y cajeros etc brindan muy buena atención prefiero este que otros de la zona, ahora con la pandemia tienen disposición de ciertos asientos y están limpiando los cajeros y sillas etc a cada rato muy bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Cuando se requiere un ejecutivo están platicando a un lado de la máquina de turnos y cuando les preguntas solo te dicen que hay uno y no hace nada. Reitero: pésima atención.
Terrible attention When an executive is required they are talking to the side of the shift machine and when you ask them they only tell you that there is one and does nothing. I reiterate: lousy attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo el servicio de esta sucursal; BBVA Bancomer se caracteriza por tener de los peores servicios al cliente y en esta sucursal es mas notorio. Fue sumamente molesto tener qe hacer 2 filas solo por la incompetencia de sus empleados.

La que está en la puerta dice una cosa, llego con los cajeros o ejecutivos (como se les diga) y resulta que es otra información y mientras ya perdí una hora esperando mi turno. Cada vez que requiero ayuda, es una mala experiencia ir a esa sucursal porque o no me solucionan nada o de plano no me atienden como fue el caso de hoy. PESIMO SERVICIO
AWESOME SERVICE ALWAYS. The one at the door says one thing, I arrive with the cashiers or executives (as they are told) and it turns out that it is other information and while I have already lost an hour waiting for my turn.
