En mi caso un préstamo (que se supone no me generaría ningún cargo) por actualizar la información de mi cuenta, esto además de que la ejecutiva (quien posiblemente tenga por nombre: Karla Viridiana Bobadilla Carrillo) maniobrara con mi App Bancomer como si fuera de ella, es muy delicado, deduzco que tendrán más prácticas de ese tipo. Si los llegarán a sorprender con alguna práctica deshonesta, no batallen con el personal, busquen en sus contratos o en alguna parte escondida del banco los datos del UNE (Unidad Especializada de Atención al Cliente) y/o acudan a la página de la CONDUCEF, hay un servicio de asesoría en línea muy bueno (un asistente virtual) y ahí les pueden decir lo procedente.
Afortunadamente muchas cosas se pueden arreglar a distancia ahora de diferentes maneras. Lamentablemente es pérdida de tiempo, pero necesario si queremos estar mejor como sociedad.
No dejo de reconocer que la atención fue muy amable, el banco muy limpio.
