Solo 3 cajas y lento el servicio. Si eres visitantes y por alguna razon quieres hacer algun movimiento le dan prioridad a sus clientes y aunque seas el tercero en pasar y ya van 2 turnos mientras sigan llegando sus clientes no podras pasar

Los ejecutivos de cuenta tienen una horrible actitud. No solucionan nada y cuando después de días me medio solucionan algo se quedan "sin sistema" ¿Cómo contratan a esta gente? ¿Al azar? El banco debería tener un mejor equipo que está gente grosera e incompetente.

Hola quiero #REPORTAR algo que me #preocupa, esta mañana pase a este banco como lo suelo hacer y metí mi auto al estacionamiento de clientes Bancomer y un tipo estaba disque cuidando el estacionamiento al entrar me dijo que si iba al banco lo cual era obvio al meterme a su estacionamiento... Pero le di por su lado de ahi que sali acudi a sacar mi auto y el joven me estaba pidiendo un pago de $10 por el estacionamiento, primera mente le dije okey deme mi boleto, por lo que me contesto; No estamos dando boleto por la contingencia... A lo que le respondí y la empresa tampoco te puede dar uniforme... No portaba gafete o un uniforme de la empresa, entonces le dije no te voy apagar y avance en mi auto, entonces el sujeto le dio un golpe a la cajuela de mi auto Y PUES ME MOLESTO PERO como venia con mi familia me dijeron dejalo vamonos y asi lo deje. Espero leean esto ya que al menos a mi me preocuparía ir de nuevo y soy cliente de ahi.

Muy mala experiencia en los cajeros; realicé el día 7 de julio 2020 el pago a una tarjeta Liverpool Visa, el cajero me entregó el comprobante (cuento con el) y el pago no fue reflejado; acudí a la sucursal ¡¡y está cerrada!! ¿Entonces? ¿Quien o como me van a aclarar que pasó con mi dinero?

Hola, el Banco aparece abierto y realmente no lo está; fui el martes, estaba cerrado y los clientes me dijeron que era con cita. Me fui, hice cita, volví ayer a las 2:45 y seguía cerrado y los clientes me dijeron que no había servicio. Sin embargo aparece como “abierto” hasta las 4:00 ¿?
