Terrible service when wanting to open an account, it seems that executives "do the favor" of serving customers. They think they are the only bank.

El dia 28-Ago-17, mi turno N601, folio 035. Tardaron en atenderme 1hr. 20 minutos, solo tenia que actualizar información de mi tarjeta de débito. pasaron a 2 personas que llegaron mucho después que yo, solo porque tenian cuenta preferencial.
la demas gente que también esperaba, terminaba marchándose de la sucursal.
It is at the branch that I have waited the longest.
On 28-Aug-17, my shift N601, folio 035. They took me 1hr. 20 minutes, I just had to update my debit card information. They passed 2 people who arrived long after me, just because they had a preferential account.
the other people who also waited, ended up leaving the branch.

I WAS TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH AN ADVISOR AND THEY REQUIRED ME THE # OF MY CARD AND OTHER NUMBERS AND I WRITTEN THEM AND THE ANSWERING MACHINE INDICATED THAT THEY ARE INCORREPT NUMBERS AND AFTER 9 TIMES IT SAYS THE # OF TRIES TO PASS AND IT WILL BE BLOCKED AND IF I WILL BE BLOCKED WHAT A VERY BAD SERVICE AND THAT A PERSON DOES NOT ATTEND YOU I AM NOT A ROBOT THAT COURAGE.

A mi me atendieron muy bien tanto el personal masculino como femenino, la gente se queja de que no hay estacionamiento,a mi eso no me afecta pues no tengo automóvil,
El servicio es rápido y buena atención, los clientes se quejan por motivos absurdos tenemos que ser más conscientes en ese aspecto,la verdad creí que el trato y la atención seria horrible gracias a las reseñas de Google pero ahí encontré que es todo lo contrario PD: no sean culeros en las reseñas,el personal de BBVA hace bien su trabajo al menos en esa sucursal gracias

Both male and female staff took good care of me, people complain that there is no parking, that does not affect me because I do not have a car,
The service is fast and good attention, customers complain for absurd reasons we have to be more aware in that regard, the truth is I thought that the treatment and attention would be horrible thanks to the Google reviews but there I found that it is the opposite PS : do not be culeros in the reviews, the BBVA staff does their job well at least in that branch thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca situata in buona posizione. Il personale dell'agenzia è gentile e gli addetti alla sicurezza molto cordiali anche se severi. Purtroppo essendo in una strada di grande scorrimento esiste il problema del parcheggio e nelle ore di punta impossibile fermarsi.
