Buenas tardes, le pongo una estrella solo porque vei es requisito para poder dar una opinión en este sitio, sin este requisito no lea daria ni uno una estrella, ya que desconozco si fue en gerente o quién, porque no se identificó con su nombre, pero si era personal de esa sucursal el cual, se dirigió. A nosotris de manera inapropiada y sin el mínimo respeto ni consideración hacia los clientes del banco que ya teniamos un poco mas de 2 horas esperando en pleno sol haciendo fila para acceder a que nos atendieran, salió faltando 15 minitos para las 2pm que si queríamos si siguieramos esperando perp que ellos cerraban a las 4pm y que no atenderian a nadie mas, Que nos fuéramos y regresaramos al oteo dia a las 8am para que aseguraramos pasar. Porque ellos como empleados estaban exponiendose en atendernos, y que ellos solo atendusn a cierto numero de personas, y que además ellos como empleados se eatabab ecponiendo en atendernos, a lo cual le dije al muchacho que creo debe ser nuevo o falto de actitud de servicio, que debieron salir antes avisar a los clientes hasta tal persona se va atender y no tenermos horas en el sol esperando, aparte eran mebos de las 2pm y ya estaban predispuestos a mo atender a nadie mas. Yo me pregunto a caso ustedes no son una empresa privada, yo he trabajado en iniciativa privada incluso en bancos y lo primero que nos inculcan como empleados es el respeto haviabel cliente, y que el cliente es primero y se atiende hasta el último cliente que se tenga, dando siemprevtrato amable y orientando a los clientes, es cierto estamos en pandemia y no solo ellos como empleados se ponen en riesgo, también nosotros como cliente y mas aún nosotros porque estamos en pleno sol esperando más de 2 horas mientras ellos co.o empleados están en el clima. Y vamos al banco porque de plano realmente no nos queda otra porque no pudimos hacer nada via telefónica añem el 01800 pero se ha vuelto un suplicio, yo antes de pasar a esta sucursal pase a 2 donde la primera cerrada por lo de la pandemia y me refirió a otra sucursal" me traslado y resulta que también cerrada, o sea falta de comunicación e información incorrecta y nos traen asi de un lado para el otro, y luego vengo a esta sucursal y 2 horas despues nos dicen que no nos atenderán porque solo hasta las 4pm atienden y que ya casi son lasc2pm y nos les dará tiempo atendendernos por Dios señores hagan algo, no pueden jugar de esa manera con los clientes que son por los ustedes cobran un suedo. Se deben a nosotros los clientes que es la razón de ser de un Banco. Esperando seguimiento a esta queja, quefo de ustedes. Gracias

Personal bancario amable, sin embargo lo siguiente me preocupo mucho, agradezco respetar las normas de seguridad, irresponsablemente saque mi teléfono mientras esperaba mi turno con un ejecutivo, en ese momento salio de las oficinas el vigilante y poco amable me dijo que estaba prohibido el uso del teléfono dentro de la sucursal, lo entendí y me salí para poder atender mejor, cual fue mi sorpresa que el mismo vigilante se fue a la zona de cajeros y en una esquina se puso a usar su teléfono, de verdad me causó mucho coraje por que con tanta complicidad que hay hoy en día en los robo a cuentahabientes, que cumplan las normas para su conveniencia no se me hace justo, pero no acabo ahí, salí unos minutos, regrese y el seguía usando su teléfono hasta riéndose. De verdad me dio muchísimo coraje, no por no dejarme usar el teléfono dentro de la sucursal, eso lo entiendo, pero quien dice que el mismo es quien da aviso a quien sale o no? Preocupante de verdad
