Pasas tu tarjeta para ser atendido en ventanilla y tardas mucho más del tiempo estimado en pasar porque su sistema solo favorece a los clientes especiales y hasta los que no tienen tarjeta. Personas que llegaron después pasaron antes, no fui la única con que les mencionó eso. Además de que había mucha gente y solo 3 ventanillas abiertas.

Muy buena ubicación está doble la Atlixcáyotl y viniendo de la autopista o yendo a ella está visible.
El horario de lunes a viernes y que atiendan sábados es mucho mejor opción en la zona.
Muy buena atención por parte de los empelados.
Lugar con las medidas sanitarias.
Los cajeros siempre están funcionando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado al ir a este bancomer de Chedraui, apenas asaltaron a un amigo saliendo de aquí, estamos casi seguros que dieron el pitazo los del banco, fue una cantidad grande. Esto fue el Jueves 3 de Febrero 2022. De preferencia vayan al bancomer de sonata, por cualquier cosa.
Be careful when going to this bank in Chedraui, a friend was just robbed leaving here, we are almost sure that the bank blew the whistle, it was a large amount. This was Thursday, February 3, 2022. Preferably go to the Bancomer de Sonata, for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal de BBVA está ubicada en la plaza comercial Plaza Arcángeles y está bien la cantidad de cajeros para depositar y los cajeros para retirar el problema de esta sucursal es cuando hay que pasar a la ventanilla o a ver algún asesor puedes tardarte más de 30 min o una hora depende de la hora y el día , hay cuatro ventanillas pero funcionan la mitad y siempre hay personal en la entrada que está aprendiendo y no pueden resolver tus problemas o dudas , siempre tienen que preguntar a alguien más , pero está en un buen lugar y creo que va a funcionar bien
