I think they should open the counter service, also for payments from schools and universities, because they send everyone to the only two ATMs, when the line of boxes is empty, just seeing the long line, loose cashiers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El convenio para el pago de la UAM no se puede realizar en su practicaja, me mandaron a ventanilla para realizar mi pago y como las cajeras son unas huevonas no me quisieron realizar mi deposito, es el peor servicio que he recibido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debería permitir realizar movimientos en la caja si no hay personas, para todo te mandan a practicaja y la persona que te atiende no es cuidadosa con tus datos personales, me agrada el banco pero está sucursal.
It should allow making movements in the box if there are no people, they send you to practice for everything and the person who attends you is not careful with your personal data, I like the bank but this branch.
