Los asesores del banco son muy atentos y tienen varios cajeros automáticos que permiten hacer transacciones muy rápidamente sin pasar a las taquillas. En los cajeros también hay un asesor que apoya a los usuarios. Para atención al cliente hay solo 1 asesor pero el Gerente del banco está muy pendiente y también atiende. Son muy eficientes y amables. Cuando llegué a esta sucursal me acerqué al personal de la entrada para solicitar el servicio y éste me pidió formarme en la fila de las personas que pasarían a ventanillas. Cuando la fila avanzó y llegó mi turno (50 minutos después), nuevamente solicité el servicio y la misma persona que había indicado formarme, me manifestó que hoy no se abrían cuentas porque no había sistema y que además el ejecutivo ya se había retirado. ¡Vaya banco! Buscando una mejor atención, encontré una peor. I went to open a debit account today, looking to switch to a bank that provides good service. They did not let me make a card replacement, even when I had what I needed and they still laughed that I told them that I was urgent, but that only if the girl at the entrance authorized it, I had to go to the BBVA de Huipulco where Miss Laura took good care of me.
