★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trabajadores no saben qué son los requisitos. La página y el ejecutivo dice que solo identificación y comprobante de domicilio son requeridos, pero en la entrada el joven exige más documentos y dice que ya no son BBVA porque cambiaron a BBVA (literal así lo explicó). Pésimo servicio de gente inepta.
 Workers do not know what the requirements are. The page and the executive says that only identification and proof of residence are required, but at the entrance the young man requires more documents and says that they are no longer BBVA because they changed to BBVA (literal he explained it). Terrible service of inept people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención de la chngada, vienes un día y te dicen algo y otro día otra cosa completamente distinta me dejaron esperando para nada la persona de la entrada que te da tu ficha no tiene una capacitación para dar información correcta o aclarar tus dudas, definitivamente no volvería

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio se tardan muchísimo en un simple trámite sivan a abrir una cuenta no lo hagan en este banco jamás no lo recomiendo para nada.
Terrible service they take a long time in a simple procedure if they open an account do not do it in this bank I never do not recommend it at all.

El personal que reparte las fichas te atiende como quiere y se la pasa platicando con el personal de limpieza. Los ejecutivos de mesa siempre atienden de malas y no dan solución a tu problema. Muy incompetentes.
The counter staff is very efficient, the only good thing about that branch. The staff who distribute the tokens take care of you as they want and talk to the cleaning staff. Table executives always take care of bad things and do not solve your problem. Very incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi opinión el serví que me ha tocado hasta la fecha es excelente, siempre me toca un administrativo que te explica todo y te apoya en lo que necesites. Tardaron 5 minutos en darle una tarjeta a mi esposo y lo apoyaron demasiado.
In my opinion, the service that I have had to date is excellent, I always have an administrative person who explains everything and supports you in whatever you need. They took 5 minutes to get my husband a card and were so supportive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del personal que está en la entrada si traes IFE digital y tienes crédito preaprobado te van a atender pero si no traes crédito pre aprobado te van a mandar por un tubo para cualquier otro trámite que quieras hacer
Terrible attention from the staff at the entrance if you bring digital IFE and have pre-approved credit they will attend to you but if you do not bring pre-approved credit they will send you through a tube for any other procedure you want to do
