★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Impresionante la lentitud de sus cajeros. Que por cierto siempre tienen a sólo dos cajeros atendiendo sin importarles las gigantes filas de clientes afuera esperando y con los riesgos de contagio Covid.
Terrible service. Impressive the slowness of their ATMs. That by the way they always have only two ATMs attending without caring about the huge lines of customers waiting outside and with the risks of Covid contagion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SI DESEAS PERDER EL TIEMPO, DINERO, ENERGIA... esta es la sucursal adecuada. Adelante, pase usted... aquí no se le atenderá, no le solucionaran ningún problema... que pésima imagen dan a un banco internacional.
IF YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME, MONEY, ENERGY... this is the right branch. Go ahead, come in... you won't be attended to here, they won't solve any problem... what a terrible image they give to an international bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Incapaces de dar servicio. No entiendo donde se capacitan, la peor sucursal de Mérida y México... y eso que me han atendido mal en otros lados pero aquí es el PEOR LUGAR.
Terrible service. Unable to service. I don't understand where they train, the worst branch in Merida and Mexico... and that they have treated me badly in other places but here it is the WORST PLACE.
