A decir verdad me atendieron bien porque solo venia preguntar algo y sin tener que hacer fila me ayudaron xd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con los ejecutivos, tratan de casi casi obligar a los clientes a qué adquieran un préstamo, muy grosero un ejecutivo canoso que está en el escritorio de en medio. Me dijo que moviera de ahí, por qué acompañe a un amigo pensionado.
Be careful with executives, they try to almost almost force clients to take out a loan, very rude to a gray-haired executive in the middle desk. He told me to move from there, why accompany a retired friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal ya esta abierta y en servicio, definitivamente algunos elementos restan en lugar de sumar al servicio de calidad que debe ofrecer como tal la misma, fui empleado de otra institución bancaria y vivir estas experiencias me hace ver los errores que suelen cometer los ejecutivos ( su sucursal remodelada y eficiente de 7 personas 1 le restó valor) una buena retroalimentacion sobre el trato al cliente les ayudará a mejorar!!

The branch is already open and in service, definitely some elements remain instead of adding to the quality service that it should offer as such, I was an employee of another banking institution and living these experiences makes me see the mistakes that executives usually make ( its remodeled and efficient branch of 7 people 1 detracted from it) good feedback on customer service will help them improve!!
