Súper mal servicio , los operadores te dicen algo y en la sucursal te dicen otra cosa diferente, algunos de los empleados niegan servicios que ya se ofrecieron con anterioridad solo por que se aproxima el cierre aún cuando ya te están atendiendo. Pésimo el encargado de la caja 2 y quien coordina a los clientes.

El servicio es bueno. cuenta con un amplia zona de cajeros automáticos. Desafortunada mente la gente olvida que no puede estacionarse frente a los Bancos y las autoridades lo permiten. Como en todos lados, no falta el ambulantaje. Al menos puedes realizar tus transacciones con seguridad.

Pésima experiencia , solo fui a un trámite sencillo y que lo eh realizado anteriormente allí y parece que fui a pedir algo prestado o algo así! La señora Adriana Reyes encargada de esa sucursal no sabe muy bien su trabajo ya que me dijo que no podía hacer el trámite que al final SI pude ya que es algo básico y que normalmente lo hago allí , me tardaron mucho, pasaron a otras personas antes que a mi ! En general muy mal !

El servicio es pésimo, lo peor del caso es que me atendio la directora del área de ejecutivos una atención horrible, no te deja resolver las dudas que tienes, se la pasa hablando por teléfono y no es cuestión de trabajo, ni el saludo de bienvenida ni de despedida te da, aparte de que te hacen tomar un turno el cual no se tarda lo que te indica ahí siempre se tardan más. Experiencia desagradable!! Ni dónde poner queja...

Excelente servicio para las prácticajas y los cajeros normales, pero horrible servicio para ver a un asesor, una hora esperando para recibir una atención mediocre. Si quieres un crédito nuevo o cambiar nomina, te atendienden inmediatamente sin importar que no tengas número o cita, pero si eres cliente les interesa un comino brindarte una buena atención. Me mandaron mensaje para que se revisara mi queja por medio de Twitter, ¡sorpresa! El servicio sigue siendo mediocre incluso por redes sociales.
