It is the WORST branch in all of Mérida. The bad service starts from the staff they have at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me abrieron una cuenta que no fue la que pedí, me hicieron imprimir papeles que según iba a necesitar (alado está office Max por fortuna) para que al final no me los pidieran. Muy mal servicio.
They opened an account that was not the one I asked for, they made me print papers that I was going to need (fortunately, there is Office Max) so that in the end they would not ask me for them. Very bad service.
