★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En un par de ocasiones el personal ya no me recibió aún quedado 1 hora para el cierre, en ambos casos era un trámite sencillo y me indicaron que llegara el al día siguiente por la mañana porque estaban próximos a su cierre.
On a couple of occasions, the staff no longer received me, yet I remained 1 hour for the closing, in both cases it was a simple procedure and they told me to arrive the next day in the morning because they were close to closing.

There are some ATMs that do not have cash, the last time I visited it there were a lot of people, but even so the bank is one of the best in its line of business.

No complaints so far, the online banking is good, the branch has several ATMs and the smart ATMs have worked excellent for depositing to my account and the executives provide good service.
