Van dos ocasiones que la practicaja se “Traga” dinero y me hicieron esperar más de una hora ? por lo cual decidí mejor ahorrarm ese tiempo y depositar directamente en ventanilla. La chica de la entrada, súper esinteresada, se ve que no le importa ni un pepino lo que es atención al cliente… pero bueno después de estar peleando para que me dejaran hacer depósitos llego a ventanilla y a fuerzas quieren venderme seguros. Entiendo que es su trabajo, pero si les digo que no … molesta que sean tan insistentes. Pero en fin …. Yo se que no es la compañía (porque en otras sucursales son súper amables) pero s deberían revisar la atención más directa con los clientes. With all due respect, they are THE WORST BRANCH IN SAN LUIS POTOSÍ. La ejecutiva Karla logró solucionarme un problema con la aplicación que ni siquiera la linea BBVA me habia resuelto y ahora ya podré usar mi app después de un mes.
