★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible banco, el personal no sabe atenderte, se la pasa en su teléfono, no tiene control en los turnos y ni siquiera puedes pasar al cajero sin tener 1 millón de problemas, por favor vaya a otra sucursal o de plano cámbiense de banco a uno que no falle cada semana. Porfavor capaciten al personal cuando menos.

Por otro lado, el cajero automático regular tardó más de 5 minutos en decirme que no tenía billetes suficientes para darme dinero, pero yo esperé porque pensé que no me lo iba a entregar a pesar de haber registrado el retiro como suele suceder. Una vez más evidenciado el pésimo servicio de BBVA en México. Ya urge que mejoren sus servicios, especialmente los digitales, que también es común que fallen diariamente, si no es en una cosa, en otra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente no vayan aqui. He ido a decenas de BBVA y este simplemente es el peor. Dos veces he venido a hacer tramites que despues al ir a otra sucursal me dicen que dejaron inconclusos. Nunca hay filas, pero no hay porque tardan horrores. Llegue con ninguna persona frente a mi y se tardaron una hora y media en atenderme, porque pasaron 4 personas adelante de mi porque ellas iban a contratar tarjetas o creditos. Al final no me pudieron atender porque "despues de las 3 ya no pueden hacer movimientos". Al intentar hablar con el director resulta que no hay, y que nadie puede ayudarme. De verdad, evitense la visita. No se vale que no cuiden a sus clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servico, si pueden buscar otra sucursal o de plano otro banco mejor, son totalmente ineptos en cuestion de altas de cuentas, dejan los procesos a medias, tienes que dar varias vueltas para lo mismo porquen no hacen su trabajo. 2 meses para abrir una cuenta y sigue "Pendiente" porque el inepto de su ejecutivo no sube lo necesarios, CAPACITENLOS o mejor eliminen a ejectuvos para eso y nada son lo mismo. empleados desarreglados, directora nunca esta, asco de servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor sucursal de BBVA , se venció mi tarjeta y fui a sacar de mi cuenta directamente de caja y me negaron el retiro . Me pasaron con atención a clientes y mandaron a autorización la reposición de tarjeta ( que porque tarda una hora ) y bloquearon mi cuenta. Felicidades son los peores.
