Bad service with executives .... I have an hour waiting for me to attend because there is only one Executive attending and to attend a shift that came half an hour after me ... my turn is B027 and they went to D013. ... I don't understand your logistics really

SERVICIO PESIMO TENGO UNA CUENTA LA CUAL TENGO VARIOS DIAS QUERIENDO SABER QUE DOCUMENTACIÓN LLEVAR PARA PODER REALIZAR UN CAMBIO Y NO ME TOMAN LA LLAMADA ! APARTE DE QUE SIEMPRE EL SERVICIO PARA PASAR A VENTANILLA ES LENTISIMO !!! PONGAN ATENCIÓN A LAS PETICIONES DE LOS CLIENTES !
NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES !! IT SEEMS THAT THEY DO NOT WORK IN THAT BRANCH! PESIMO SERVICE I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WHICH I HAVE SEVERAL DAYS WANTING TO KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTATION TO TAKE TO MAKE A CHANGE AND I DON'T TAKE THE CALL! MAKE SURE THAT THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS TO GO TO VENTANILLA IS LENTISIMO !!! PAY ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS!
