Fui de visita a España y traté de retirar dinero de un cajero automático BBVA (500€!), al ser preguntado por el cajero si estaba de acuerdo con la comisión por el cambio de moneda cancelé la operación porqué me pareció una comisión increíblemente abusiva. Pues bien, la operación se canceló y el cajero no extrajo el dinero pero igualmente me lo descontaron de mi cuenta corriente (más de 12.000$ MX).
Tras la queja en la sucursal española me dieron un justificante donde se registraban todos los movimientos del cajero como comprobante de que nunca el cajero dispensó el dinero que me descontaron, BBVA bancomer hizo caso omiso de ese justificante de movimientos (además de hacer caso omiso a emails de la propia sucursal bancaria española) y nunca me abonaron el dinero robado digitalmente.

I went to visit Spain and tried to withdraw money from a BBVA ATM (€ 500!), When asked by the ATM if he agreed with the commission for the currency exchange, I canceled the operation because it seemed an incredibly abusive commission. Well, the operation was canceled and the cashier did not withdraw the money but they also deducted it from my checking account (more than $ 12,000 MX).
After the complaint in the Spanish branch, they gave me a receipt where all the movements of the ATM were recorded as proof that the ATM never dispensed the money that was discounted, BBVA bancomer ignored that receipt of movements (in addition to ignoring the emails from the Spanish bank branch itself) and they never paid me the stolen money digitally.
