★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno el servicio lo único que pido es discreción con el personal de la entrada pues cuando va a hacer un depósito siempre preguntan es mayor a 25000 pesos y pues no es necesario estar dando detalles pues ahí gente que solo está observan y oyendo solo pido eso basta con que ofrezcan su atención diciendo "puedo ayudarle en algo" en lo demas buen Servicio Gracias
The service is good, the only thing I ask for is discretion with the entrance staff because when they are going to make a deposit they always ask for it is more than 25,000 pesos and it is not necessary to be giving details because there people who are only watching and hearing just ask just offer your attention saying "I can help you with something" in the other good Service Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio no te atienden rápido son muy déspotas y pides saber que puedes hacer y a fuerza tiene que ser cuando pases a ventanilla no tienen quién te ayude para saber si traes lo correcto y no regresar más de 3 veces como fue mi problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante mal ubicado, literalmente a su al rededor solo hay casas, esta sucursal debería estar más al centro de Metepec, considerando que es un pueblo mágico, y un lugar turístico. De noche se siente muy inseguro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Duré más de una esperando a que me atendieran a pesar de haber sido el segundo en llegar a la sucursal. Lo peor es que el banco se llenó de clientes y pasaban primero que yo. Al hacer el reclamo, la respuesta fue que hablara con los asesores cuando ese es trabajo de quien entrega los turnos al llegar. Hasta pasaron personas sin turno. Al final me fui sin ser atendido. Es una completa falta de respeto e ineptitud.
Terrible attention. I spent more than one time waiting for them to attend me despite having been the second to arrive at the branch. The worst thing is that the bank was filled with customers and they passed before me. When making the claim, the response was to talk to the advisors when that is the job of the person who delivers the shifts upon arrival. People even passed without turn. In the end I left without being served. It is complete disrespect and ineptitude.
