Cuiden su dinero amigos, este tipo de acciones ponen en duda la integridad de los ejecutivos de cuenta. Deberían de tomar acciones para cuidarnos como cuentahabientes. j	javier tovar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado viernes fui a esta sucursal para cancelar una cuenta y el gerente que esta en el cubículo 1, se porto déspota y me mando a una sucursal que no existe, casi a la salida a puebla diciendo que ahí me la cancelarían, y por si fuera poco cuando regrese para decirle que no existía, me vio y se estaba riendo y me pasaron con una ejecutiva que también me mando a otra sucursal, también se porto déspota, en general tienen un servicio pésimo. Lo único bueno de esta sucursal es de que tiene más practicajas para depósitos, de la atención por el personal que labora en esta sucursal pesimo. Tuve que esperar más de una hora para que me pasarán a la sala de espera cuando había lugares vacíos, de hecho solo había 2 personas.
