★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de uno de los ejecutivos, me refiero a la chica que está en el turno de la mañana,no te respeta tu turno,no es amable. En cuanto al resto del personal no tengo queja,ellos sí son amables.
Bad attention from one of the executives, I mean the girl who is in the morning shift, your turn does not respect you, she is not friendly. As for the rest of the staff I have no complaint, they are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualicen sus horarios de servicio, en Google dice que están abiertos sábados hasta las 2 pm. En la sucursal tienen una señalética que dice clientes lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 16:00 hrs.

Update your service hours, Google says they are open Saturdays until 2 pm. At the branch they have a sign that says customers Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay pocas sucursales abiertas y el tiempo de espera es muy excesivo en las sucursales como esta disponible, para pasar con un ejecutivo se espera aun más, solo 2 personas pasan en el lapso de 1hr, muchas medidas de seguridad en la parte de adentro del banco pero sin importar como se encuentren los usuarios haciendo largas colas en la parte de afuera.
La cola para a cesar al banco da la vuelta a toda la plaza.
There are few branches open and the waiting time is very excessive in branches like this one available, to spend with an executive is expected even more, only 2 people pass in the span of 1hr, many security measures inside the bank but no matter how users are queuing outside.
The queue to stop the bank goes around the entire square.
