Este banco tiene varios cajeros automáticos, y dentro del horario de trabajo, tiene edecanes qué te auxilian en tus movimientos con su app y te dan tickets para que te atiendan en las cajas y los asesores, excelente servicio, pero hay demasiada gente y algunas veces tienes que esperar hasta 45 minutos para que te atiendan los asesores.

Pesimo servicio 2 hrs formado esperando mi turno, entiendo que den preferencia a gente que tiene cuenta y tarjeta pero que tambien respeten el tiempo de las personas, los de tarjeta pasaron a mas de 20 y yo esperando, necesitan mejorar bastante su atencion al cliente, lastima que no puedo dar menos de 1 estrella

No atiende adecuadamente, todo lo quieren agregar desde la app, no toman en cuenta que si fuera fácil no iríamos al banco. Más de 1 hr esperando y para que solo me dijera "todo desde la app" Pésimo servicio, le dan preferencia a los tramites cortos creo que TODOS tenemos cosas que hacer en el día, no sólo ellos esperaba una mejor respuesta No deberían ser dependientes de una aplicación, si no tuvieran eso ¿no sabrían atender o que? Solo saben decir eso "desde la app" Mejoren su personal por favor

No se dejen engañar. Deben permitir pasar a pagar a caja y sellar recibos. No estás obligado a usar la practicaja. A mí no me dejaron pagar en caja, llame a oficinas centrales y se generó un reporte de mal servicio.

El peor Bancomer de la ciudad, te atienden de mala gana, hay tiempos de espera de 40 a 50 minutos, solo funciona una caja, increíble... El gerente tiene un pésimo liderazgo. Urge poner personas competentes.
